Located in the Academy Clubhouse, the Al Hamra Golf Club Gym is outfitted with the latest Technogym equipment for both cardiovascular and weight training exercise. Combine this with free weights and exercise mats, and you've got the perfect environment for self improvement.

If you haven’t worked up enough of a sweat after your work out, you can always retire to the separate men’s and ladies lockers to utilize the sauna before relaxing under a refreshing rain shower.
